REALM 47 - AGENT (NORTH WEST)
Job Title: REALM 47 - Agent (North West)
Location: York-based (Hybrid), with UK travel Based in or around Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside. Hybrid working available – the role requires Flexibility & in-person presence as needed.

Salary: Competitive base salary (Based on experience) + Commission

REALM 47 is expanding across the North West - one of the most commercially compelling, high-performing regions in the UK investment landscape. We are now recruiting a full-time Agent to join our Brokerage division and represent our brand across Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire & Merseyside.
This is not a traditional estate agency role - it is a private-client, investment-led position for someone who blends commercial sharpness with refined client service. Think: private office advisory meets elite dealmaker.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, analysing, packaging, and selling high-quality investment opportunities to sophisticated UK and overseas investors. You’ll be supported by a dedicated assistant to help produce brochures and marketing materials - but you will own the commercial decisions and client journey from start to finish.

Build long-term private-client relationships with investors
Source both on-market and off-market opportunities
Conduct viewings and walkthrough video tours
Prepare works lists and estimate refurb/upgrade costs
Analyse deals (yield, ROI, cashflow, demand, planning, EPC, licensing, Article 4)
Create and present investment proposals with your assistant
Manage offers, negotiations, and sales progression
Attend evening/weekend networking events
Produce daily social content, positioning yourself as a trusted market expert
Promote the entire REALM 47 ecosystem - not just your own deals
Refer clients to preferred partners (brokers, solicitors, designers, management, etc.)
Support colleagues and cover their territories during absence
Attend weekly meetings and complete training modules
Drive revenue and maintain exceptional client standards
