The story behind REALM 47

REALM 47 was founded by Sara Newson, whose experience in property investment and development spans more than two decades in the UK and overseas. Her work has encompassed residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, investment consultancy and portfolio building, as well as the project and property management that support assets throughout their lifecycle. She has worked with private clients, international investors and investment funds.

Sara has also been invited to contribute as a property industry expert on Bloomberg, discussing the Autumn Budget’s implications for the sector, and has appeared on BBC and Sky. This combination of practical investment experience and industry perspective established the foundations on which REALM 47 was built.

Today, REALM 47 works with private and international clients who want to build and hold a property portfolio without managing its day-to-day demands. We shape the strategy, identify prime assets in carefully selected locations and oversee the acquisition. Our specialist property and asset management teams then look after the portfolio in-house, with continued attention to its performance, condition and long-term objectives. Where a client needs tax, finance, insurance or structuring advice, we coordinate with trusted professional partners, including on cross-border matters.
